1. Estimate Written

Our estimator will inspect and document all damage. If you already have an estimate from an insurance company, our estimator will review the estimate and the damage.

2. Repair Authorization is given

Before any work can begin the owner of the vehicle must sign a repair authorization allowing repairs to be made to the vehicle. If an insurance company will be paying for repairs we must also have approval of the estimate prior to beginning repairs.

3. Appointment Scheduled For Repairs

4. Parts Ordered and Received

We make every effort to have all parts needed on hand before you drop off your vehicle.

5. Vehicle Disassembled

Your vehicle will be disassembled and inspected for any additional damage that could have been hidden by outer panels. Any damage found will be documented and reported to the insurance company and owner as a “supplement to the original estimate” for approval.

6. Additional Parts Ordered if necessary

7. Unibody, Structural, and Sheet Metal Repairs

Our repair technicians will measure your vehicle against factory specifications and perform any body repairs. All new panels will be checked for proper fit and alignment.

8. Quality Check

At this point in the repair process all metal work is finished and our production manager performs a quality check.

9. Vehicle Prepped, Primed, and Blocked

Our refinish technicians will prepare your vehicle for paint to ensure a smooth and uniform surface on all panels to be painted.

10. Vehicle undergoes Multi-step Refinish Process

Your vehicle is masked, taped, cleaned and placed in our paint booth for refinishing. We use a waterborne paint system that is the same type used by your vehicle manufacturer to ensure a quality finish that we warranty for as long as you own your vehicle.

11. Reassembly

Once your vehicle has completed the refinish process we reassemble with all outer parts and hardware.

12. Sublet Repairs

Any additional repairs such as wheel alignments, additional mechanical work, etc will be performed at this time.

13. Quality Check

Your vehicle will be re-inspected and test driven if necessary at this time.

14. Detail and Final Inspection

Finally your vehicle will be cleaned and polished inside and out for a final quality inspection.

15. Customer Contacted for Pickup

You will be notified that your vehicle is ready for pickup and pickup time will be confirmed.
